Birth Fee Details: I am an IBCLC and Postpartum Doula, student Labor Doula who has had 3 births. The $25.00 min. hourly fee is for a min. 4 hour PP Doula visit. I provide emotional support, newborn care and education,baby wearing, sibling care. This visit will include basic meal/ snack prep for Mom and family. Light basic cleaning such as baby laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, general picking up living room and bedrooms. The maximum $70.00 per hour fee is for a Lactation Consultation SEPARATE from the Doula services if Mom needs more than basic breastfeeding support. The average rate for Lactation services is now $185.00 for a 90 min. consultation in the Portland Metro area, as a service to my Doula families my rate is lower per hour.
