My fee includes the following: Complimentary “Meet and Greet” to get to know you, what you are looking for in a doula and answer any questions you may have. Consistent emotional support during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Two prenatal visits before labor to enhance our relationship, discuss desired birth outcomes, practice comfort measure for labor and provide education/resources on pregnancy support. On call availability 24/7 in the weeks around your due date. Early labor support in your home with non-medical support, comfort techniques for labor and birth in a hospital, birth center, or home setting. Two postpartum visits in the home to discuss feeding, sleeping, caring for baby and yourself. Provide referrals to needed services outside of what I provide.
