My doula services include a complimentary interview, up to 1-2 prenatal meetings, tools for creating a birth plan, education on birth plan options, discovery of you and your partners’ pain coping skills, complete availability by phone, email, and text, support leading up to labor and delivery, 24 hour on-call service from 37 weeks up until birth, continuous labor support, emotional and physical support based on your needs, additional referrals as needed, two postpartum visits, birth notes as requested.
